Something I made two years back and finally releasing due to the fact 1.5 is now played commonly. This means UserPatch 1.5 has to be enabled at launch!

House of Cards is a Blood type scenario with an aggressive approach to the game. The match starts off with Men at Arms combat and can progress all the way to the almighty Genghis Khan, although most games may not even last farther than a few minutes. As per usual, kills unlock new units and razes give units alongside with nifty trinkets.

A few more or less notable things in the scenario
  • The Barracks which is your survival condition starts at 1 HP and will get increasingly stronger after obtaining kills or using the HP power.
  • King power island what has an option of 7 different timer based focuses that you can switch between, once the required time is passed you will be given the bonus. All powers can be received multiple times.
  • The middle gives +AP, but also -HP.
  • A witchcraft store that has to offer a variety of potions for purchase. The potions apply to only currently living units and do not effect units spawned later.

- General information -


    **Albeit your Houses and Barracks start at 1 HP, but are granted +1/+1 and +2/+2 armour respectively.
    **The scenario features a middle which grants +1 AP (ice) and -1 HP (water and ice) every 5 seconds. You will lose the middle HP/AP exchange, if you should lose both of your Houses.
    ** Losing Houses causes your Barracks to start burning, -15 HP every 10 seconds per house.
    **Once you reach 150 Kills you will activate the countdown for the Spell Store King spawn, it spawns every 4 minutes.
    **In the Witchcraft Store your purchase units are attackable and may die in time, you can also transfer them to any other player aswell.

- Passive Power Island -

    ***2 Heavy Scorpions every 2 minutes at the back of your base.
    ***2 Siege Rams every 3 minutes at the back of your base.
    ***2 Bombard Towers every 10 minutes at the back of your base.
    ***The Accursed Tower on the elevation outside the base closest to your base (this tower also gets +5 HP/+1 AP every 5 seconds).
    ***Sea Walls get +100 HP every 10 seconds.
    ***Stone Fortifications get +50 HP every 5 seconds.
    ***Houses and Barracks get +10 HP every 5 seconds (stacks up to 3 Kings with a diminishing bonus).

    - 250 kills - Throwing Axeman unlocked + HP to Barracks/Houses -
    - 300 kills - Arbalest unlocked + HP to Barracks/Houses -
    - 350 kills - Knight unlocked + HP to Barracks/Houses -
    - 425 kills - Heavy Camel unlocked + HP to Barracks/Houses -
    - 500 kills - Janissary unlocked + HP to Barracks/Houses -
    - 575 kills - Elite Huskarl unlocked + HP to Barracks/Houses -
    - 650 kills - E Throwing Axe unlocked + HP to Barracks/Houses -
    - 725 kills - Elite Mangudai unlocked + HP to Barracks/Houses -

+HP is the value of kills earned by that stage, so unlocking the Archer gives +50 HP and unlocking the Long Swordsman gives +100HP, and so forth...

We played a few games and found razings were a bit op. Also no one really knew what to do in the witchcraft store maybe u could add explanation to item names or hints at least.

I do not remember the buffs in the witchcraft store. I will boost the HP of Gates and Sea Walls and most likely removing excessive amount of them aswell.

The strength and damage are a bit too excessive at mid imo. As soon as you get a decent power up, your unit is almost dead by the hp, which I think defeats the purpose of having a mid bonus. It happens fairly quickly. Or maybe not decrease the hp so much and spread the time for bonus/damage out a bit more?

The idea was to give a support role for Ranged units rather than being the main bulk of the army. You power them up and pull them behind your tanky Melee units and have them chip into the battle with those deadly hits. Or once you reach Knights, with a little extra AP they become decent at razing. The overall goal was not to have a game winning middle, but just as a bonus which might give you an edge.
